Was the worst mistake of my cake-making experience:

crumbling and ruining 1 of the 4 layers;
forgetting to put cherries in between the 2 bottom layers;
using gross cherries;
exploding alcoholic whipped cream all over the kitchen;
letting the dog eat the alcoholic whipped cream;
writing with too large an icing tip;
or making it for a boyfriend who hates his birthday?

It might be a wreck, but it tastes good... even more so, I hear, if you actually like cherries.

*in order to avoid writing "Happy Birthday" I found a random holiday that occurs on March 14. Later I realized I should have written "Happy Pi Day".
